Coolibar is a deeply digital business and smart creative was at the core of our endeavors and successes. We performed as a blended model of marketing and creative, working cross-functionally across all departments including merchandising. 

 

As a cross-departmental creative marketing leader, I identified digital objectives, developed creative strategies, and wrote strategic project briefs for the execution of digital projects - and executed them. This work included designing and writing email campaigns, photography and video direction and execution, a website redesign, and paid and earned social creative. I both directed and rolled up my sleeves daily to write, design, and build experiences across the brand.
