Collegis Education | Sr. Director, Brand and Creative | 2016 - Feb 2023

Brand creative development and implementation oversight including the build out of a digital brand guideline and a marketing hub for distribution of assets, processes, and training—removing barriers for teams to focus on creative brand excellence and on-time delivery.

  • Oversaw the implementation of brand creative and delivery of all
    essential creative projects from ideation through execution.

  • Translated brand and performance insights and objectives into creative direction for compelling and inspiring campaign development.

  • Built, managed and mentored a multidisciplinary creative team of
    15+ including graphic, motion, UI/UX designers, front end developers, copywriters, content writers, and a contractor / agency talent pool.

  • Collaborated across functional teams to inspire, ideate, develop and seamlessly deploy dynamic brand creative experiences across channels.

  • Oversaw scoping and planning work for creative resources (agency and internal), leading timeline communication, managing budget ($100k–$500k).

Responsible for writing project briefs, concepting, executing (writing and designing), and deploying digital creative campaigns across platforms.

  • Managed a team of designers, producers, merchandisers, web developers and other creatives as well as agency and vendor partners.
